The lovely K is en-route with J to London for a girlie weekend, staying at Sally's. Sadly I couldn't join them but Stuart and I console ourselves with a trip to the pub and then on to our favourite curry house.
Better still favourite niece K meets us there post cinema.
It's a timely reminder that whilst some friends might be about to leave the city, some rather excellent buddies remain.
